Real Estate.

The first photos of a listing decide whether a guest stops or scrolls past. I take holiday home photos in Salento, of B&Bs, farmhouses and venues, and of properties for sale.

How I photograph a house

I look for the character of a place. The light, the materials, the corners where the eye likes to linger. Whoever looks at the photos should understand how it feels to be there.

I use natural light, straight framing and true colours. Whoever books should find the house they saw in the photos.

If the house has a pool, a garden or a lovely position, I add aerial shots with the drone. A full view gives a sense of the space, helps locate the place and immerses the viewer in the setting.

Who it’s for

  • Holiday homes, B&Bs and farmhouses on Airbnb and Booking: professional photos to receive more bookings.
  • Estate agents and private owners who sell or rent out a home.
  • Architects, interior designers and craftspeople who want to show a finished project.
  • Hotels, restaurants and venues that need images for their website and social media.

How it works

1. Getting to know each other

We talk, or we meet directly on site. You tell me what the house is like, who you want to reach and where you use the photos. Together we choose the time with the best light.

2. Preparation

I send you a short list of what to arrange before the shoot: beds, surfaces, lights. They are details, but they show in photos.

3. The shoot

I photograph every room, the outdoor areas and the details that make the place unique. If needed, from above with the drone too.

4. Delivery

You receive the photos in the right formats for Airbnb, Booking, your website and social media.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, and it matters a lot. A simple to-do list: beds made, surfaces clear, lights working, a few details that make the space welcoming. On the day of the shoot we arrange the last things together.

Yes. From above you see the house as a whole, with pool, garden and surroundings: it helps to locate the place better and brings the viewer into the context. We decide together.

Yes. Facades, courtyards, terraces and gardens are part of the house. I can also photograph them at sunset, when the light is warmer.

Yes, they are made for that. You receive them in the formats suited to each platform.

I develop them to get true colours, straight lines and the right light. I add nothing and remove nothing: whoever arrives finds the house they saw in the photos.

It depends on how many rooms there are and the light they need. We talk about it beforehand, so you already know how long it will take me to deliver the service.
